This is a nice quite site with a local pub across the road, good for walks and a short drive to Henley. The weathers still holding fine so bring the sunscreen.
I would like to thank Gary and Boo for Stewarding at Runnymede this weekend, they did a great job. The weather was stunning,😎. I did my educational bit visiting the various memorials 3 times and learnt a lot, it just took a long time to sink in.😏💭
Also drank more than my fair share, hic.
It was great to see Mel and Ann out again. I’m sure everyone there had a lovely time.
There were 14 units on site,one came from Mansfield.
Next weekend (29th June-1st July) we are at Cheriton Farm, Farley hill, RG7 1UR. Bob and Trisha are the Stewards, 07799146615. Cost is £12 pun. The site opens at 12.
Unfortunately I won’t be there as on my hols, but I’m sure you’ll all have a great time,the weathers looking great and there are plenty of walks,red kites and even fishing if you like(?) for a small charge.

This weekend 22-24th june, we are at Runnymede National Trust Old Windsor, off the A308, SL4 2JL. The venue is situated behind the National Trust tea and coffee shop. Stewards are Gary and Boo (07950964693).
This is a booked meet with only a max of 20 units so if your intending to come please call the Stewards to make sure there is room for you.
The cost is £14/unit, and there are still a few spaces available. The sites opens at 1400 on the Friday.
We can ONLY use green ECO fluids in the New Elsan system here, so if you don’t have any please leave your toilet and flush system empty and we will supply you with the fluids.
Failure to do this may result in a fine to the DA or YOU. Please check the magazine or website for more detail.
The weathers looking great for the weekend and there’s plenty of walks by the river or to see the various Runnymede monuments and there’s a harvester pub around the corner.
