Annual General Meeting – Tuesday 11th August

The AGM of CPRE Norfolk which was adjourned on 29th May 2020 because of Coronavirus Regulations, will now take place by virtual video / audio conferencing on Tuesday 11th August 2020 at 2pm.

This course of action represents a practical way to allow the routine business of the AGM to go ahead when it is not possible to meet physically. It was agreed by the trustee board of CPRE Norfolk following advice from CPRE National Office and legal advice from Brabners Solicitors and is in line with our constitution and government recommendations.

The 2020 AGM Agenda and Minutes of the 2019 AGM can be viewed and downloaded here.

The Chairman’s Report, Financial Accounts and Treasurer’s Report can be found within the CPRE Norfolk Annual Report which can be downloaded here.

All CPRE Norfolk members have been contacted with details of how they can engage in the meeting as far as possible.
Please contact us if you are a member and have not received these details by 31st July 2020.

The minutes of the 2020 AGM and responses to any questions raised will be posted on the CPRE Norfolk website as soon as possible after the meeting.
