A bespoke training program to boost women’s leadership skills, developed by Oxford Strategic Consulting, has been featured in an article on QatarTodayOnline.com called Women Taking The Lead.

Our high quality training and development program is profiled in the article, which states that at least 1,000 Qatari women will experience world-class leadership development skills and techniques as a result of the program.

In line with Qatar’s National Development Strategy, Al Jiwan will run for three years and its primary objective is to positively impact the number of women in leadership roles by 30% in the next three years.
